We stand by our quality and only want satisfied customers. That is why all orders can be returned within 14 days to GUSJ.
Free pick-up or free delivery from 750,- euro*
During GUSJ opening hours and after consolation by phone of email, the order can be picked-up for free at our Showroom in Mol, Emiel Becquaertlaan 94 – 2400 Belgie.
*Free delivery applies to Belgium and the Netherlands (excl. the Wadden Islands).

All products in our webshop are in stock. This means you can be sure that you receive your products quickly. We strive for a delivery time of one day, the exact delivery time depends on your location.
Shipping costs depend on the size of your item, ranging from € 20 for smaller items, to € 100 for a bigger item depending on size and weight. If you choose not to pick up your item at our showroom during the checkout process, as soon as we process your order we will contact you about the costs and coordinate the shipping with you.
Delivery is up to your front door at the ground floor. Please take in mind that the courier will make one attempt to deliver your items, so make sure you are home at the day of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier comes, he will take your item back to the warehouse. A second delivery attempt is at your own expense.
Pick-up your order yourself:
It is also a possible to pick-up your order yourself at our warehouse in Mol, Belgium. Our warehouse, located at Emiel Becquaertlaan 94a in Mol, is open from Monday to Friday from 09.30 till 16.30 hours.
Picking up your order is only possible when you have made an appointment. After placing an order we will contact you to make an appointment for the pick-up. We then will make sure that your order will be ready for you when you arrive at our warehouse.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. When you want to return your item to us, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and include your order and payment confirmations.
You have the choice to deliver the item to our warehouse yourself or to let a courier deliver the item for you. To deliver the item yourself, make an appointment with our Costumer Care department to set a date for your return.
If you chose to let a courier return the item for you, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted we will refund to your bank account within 14 days.
